At Let’s Resolve It Therapy, I believe empowerment starts from the moment you feel safe, seen, and heard. Whether we’re working together in person or online, I aim to create a calm, non‑judgemental space where you can be yourself and speak openly about what’s going on for you. Everything we do is shaped around you—your pace, your goals, and what matters most in your life.
My approach is mainly person‑centred, but I also weave in ideas from CBT and mindfulness when they feel helpful. Together, we’ll gently explore your thoughts and feelings, begin to challenge anything that’s holding you back, and help you reconnect with your own strengths. Over time, this can build confidence, self‑awareness, and a stronger sense of emotional balance.
As things start to shift, many people find they begin to see themselves and their situation more kindly. That’s often where real change begins. I’ll be alongside you through that process—supporting you, encouraging you, and recognising those important moments of progress, no matter how big or small they feel.
My hope is that therapy doesn’t just help you cope but helps you feel more like yourself again—more confident, more grounded, and better able to move forward with clarity and purpose.
